Keto Paleo Fat Bomb
Recently I’ve had a lot of friends and family members jumping on the keto bandwagon. Across the board it seems like the hardest obstacle to overcome is getting enough good fats. The American Heart Association and Standard American Diet have really done some damage in scaring us away from fat (even the good ones!). Fat Bombs basically taste like no-bake cookie dough bites and are loaded with protein and fat. They aren’t greasy, they smell great, and you don’t feel like you’re eating a stick of butter – always a plus.
However, if you google Keto Fat Bomb Recipes you’ll find that most of these recipes call for artificial sweeteners or stevia (which is ridiculously processed and really no better for you in my opinion). So where are all the Keto Paleo Fat Bomb Recipes at? Right here at T1D Living!
I use these ingredients as a base for ALL my Fat Bombs. If I want chocolate, I add cocoa powder. If I want lemon flavor I’ll add lemon juice & zest. If I want a fall flavor I add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. You get the picture.
