What I Ate Today
For breakfast I heated up some spinach pancakes (that really don’t taste like spinach!). I made them the day before when Miles went down for a nap, knowing that I would be able to reheat them for breakfast this morning. I normally don’t add maple syrup to these since they have a sweet taste already, so I mixed together some coconut oil and almond butter for a super delicious nut butter syrup.
For lunch I used some leftover spaghetti squash and added garlic, butter, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. I ended up throwing in the last of the hot dogs too.
For dinner we had pulled BBQ chicken that I made in the crock pot with a side of cauliflower rice and salad. I spiced the cauliflower rice with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
After dinner I was craving a warm spiced milk so I blended some mylk, 1 date, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla, and collagen in my nutribullet, warmed it on the stove, and called it a night!
