These green cookies are a HIT with my toddler. The green color comes from a chemical reaction between sunflower seeds and baking soda - no dyes needed - just mother nature at her finest. PLUS, they are nut-free, which means they're safe for daycare!

1/4cup Maple Syrup
2tspCinnamon/Pumpkin Pie Spice
Bake at 325F for 12 minutes
