If you’re looking for the easiest carnivore tortillas recipe ever, you found it. All you need is cooked chicken or turkey and eggs — seriously, that’s it. These two ingredients come together to make soft, flexible, incredibly delicious wraps.

These carnivore tortillas have no business being this good with this little work.
I had to put “2 ingredient” in the title because I really need you to understand how ridiculously easy these are.
You literally only need:
• Cooked chicken breast (or turkey)
• Eggs
(And okay… technically salt makes it three. But salt doesn’t count in my book. It’s practically air.)
That’s it, guys!!
Just toss everything into a blender, blend it until it’s smooth, pour it onto a warm pan, and boom — tortillas. ACUTAL TORTILLAS. Made out of protein. It feels illegal but it’s not.
They’re amazing for tacos, and we use them all the time for breakfast burritos because… obviously.
Ridiculously easy. Shockingly delicious. And only 2 ingredients.
You’re welcome. 😜🌮
Happy Tortilla-ing. Print It, Save It!

Notes
This recipe originally comes from Paul Saladino’s Carnivore Code Cookbook, and it’s become a staple in our house.
If you’re making these for taco night, definitely grab my homemade taco seasoning… it blows the store-bought stuff out of the water.
And if you want to finish the night strong, try one of our favorite desserts: Green Hulk Cookies or Paleo Avocado Brownies.
I hope you LOVE these tortillas as much as my family does! 💛
