Your kids will love these glow stick, candy-free valentines day treats! They are a great non-candy alternative that is cheap, DIY, cute, and gender neutral. FREE printable included.

Candy-Free Valentines Day Treats: Glow Sticks (FREE PRINTABLE)

Whether you have diabetes, allergies, or are just trying to clean up your diet we can all appreciate the value of a good candy-free valentines day treat. Candy-free alternatives are the bomb!

And these ones check so many boxes!
  ☑ Gender neutral
  ☑ DIY
  ☑ Easy
  ☑ In-expensive
  ☑ Print at home
  ☑ Kids 2+
Here’s what you’ll need:
Here’s how to do it:
  1. Cut out hearts
  2. Tape glow stick to back
The hardest part about making these is keeping the finished product AWAY from your child.
Something about an un-cracked glow stick just screams crack me.
Find a safe spot to hide these treats until the big day. I used a small shopping bag, but a shoe box, or any small bag would work.
In case you missed it, here the link to get your FREE glowstick valentines day printables that you can customize with your child’s name.
I would LOVE to see your finished products! Tag me @t1dlivingofficial on instagram if you make these!

Oh very cool. And you can eat them? LOL I like eating Valentine glow sticks. Low in calories, high in fiber. Oh BPH, I don’t know for certain.

Ha! For real tho, I had one in my mouth (years ago) and accidentally punctured it and it’s like THE MOST bitter burning taste ever – SO nasty!
