Happy Friday and start to Memorial Day weekend! How is your day going so far? I had my first BPP yesterday (we are opting for the 5 min, once weekly BPP instead of the 20-40 min, twice weekly NST) and it went great! Baby boy is showing no signs of stress, fluid levels are excellent, and everything else that they look for is right as it should be.

Now that I’m entering my 33rd week of pregnancy I’m slowing down and finding that even the smallest things are putting a smile on my face. Like spotting all these wild blueberry blooms on our morning walks. Come June/July you can find me with a little bucket, on the side of the road, plucking all these wild berries for our morning smoothies.

Rhododendron for Mother’s Day

How pretty is this rhododendron bush?! My mom got this for me on Mother’s Day and I have been on the hunt for the perfect spot for it in our yard all week. And I finally found its home. I love that I’ll get to see this bloom year after year and be reminded of my first Mother’s Day every time.

Nameberry’s Name Hunter

While I’m pretty sure we’ve settled on a name, or at least narrowed it down to two, I still love scrolling through baby name lists. Recently I found this namehunter website where you enter your favorite names and it throws out names that they think you’d like. Name hunting has become a small obsession of mine 🙂

Avocado Brownies

I made a double batch of my avocado brownies earlier in the week and have already almost polished them off. They are so delicious and easy to make! And not to mention are way healthier than regular brownies. If you haven’t already tried these, I highly recommend making them this weekend!
