This hard boiled egg chocolate pudding recipe is RICH, creamy, and packed with chocolate flavor! Plus, it has a big ‘ol protein boost from the eggs. Trust me when I say, you’ll be making this recipe over and over again!

Notes
Where I Found It? No Idea.
I'll be the first to admit that I did not create this recipe. I don't even know where I saw it first (possibly Maria Emmerich, I think she is the OG of Hard Boiled Egg Chocolate Pudding), but I'll tell you this... I've made it about every other week since I first tried it out over a year ago.
My Chocolate Dream Team
Fun fact: I didn't like chocolate for most of my life. Not even a job at a chocolate shop in my twenties could win me over.
Then I had my first child, and apparently motherhood flipped my chocolate-loving switch overnight. Now I can't get enough!

OK, I’m that crazy recipe person who makes things the minute I see them. I just made this and I think I almost melted. It is SO velvety and creamy. I already ate one serving… and I didn’t even let it chill because I had to try it right away! I can only imagine how much better it’s going to be after a night in the fridge.
I used 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, and it was definitely sweet enough. Next time I’ll probably try the 2 tablespoons you recommended because I think it’ll still be perfect.
This looks so simple! I cannot wait to try it! Printing it off and making tonight for the Fam <3
