3/4 CupMylk
2Eggs
1 tspVanilla Extract
1 3/4CupAlmond Flour
2TBSPArrowroot Flour (or Tapioca Flour)
1tspBaking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1TBSPChia Seeds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients by hand or in blender. Pour onto skillet, flip after about 4 minutes
