Well hot dang, it’s Friday! That was a fast week! 😎
Friday really crept up on me….which is why I’m posting later than normal 😁 but how exciting that the weekend is already here!?
I don’t know about the weather in your neck of the woods, but this past week in New Hampshire has been HOTT! Which means our days have been filled with sprinklers, water guns, the beach, grilled dinners, and cold salads.
I shared with you guys last week the salad I was going to make for our family Memorial Day BBQ and it turned out SO good! I saved the recipe and have made it twice since then. (If you want the link to the recipe then keep reading!)

With all of these HOT summer days (well, almost summer), I’ve had insulin temps on the brain. Which is so timely that THIS ARTICLE came out.
