Paleo Avocado Brownies
Makes 24 brownies
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a blender mix all ingredients.
- Place in a greased 9×13 pan, bake for 25 minutes (or until it passes the toothpick test).
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into 24 brownies.
